My Brother’s Table

Thank you to everyone who recently gathered to assemble dinner bags for My Brother’s Table, a regional soup kitchen dedicated to serving those in need. Dozens of meal bags filled with drinks and snacks were prepared and delivered to the Lynn-based organization, providing immediate relief and a warm gesture of care to individuals and families facing food insecurity. This effort marks the latest installment of the monthly service projects hosted here at UCC, aimed at supporting those in need in North Reading and surrounding communities. The project serves as a vital reminder to neighbors that their community stands behind them. Our Sunday School children and Hilltop Nursery School children got involved too! They decorated lunch bags in hopes of bringing a smile to the faces of those who receive them. Thank you to each of them for sharing their gifts of art!
